I am available for talks on sustainability and agricultural topics; and also I enjoy giving after-dinner speeches about my farming life and some of the country characters I’ve been fortunate enough to meet in the past four decades.

I have also lectured at a number of universities in Europe and the USA on sustainable agriculture and topical issues like GM and intensive livestock farming.
